Use your business email. The address you provide must match the company domain you enter above. Submissions from free, personal, or mismatched domains will not receive a reply and may be discarded without notice. We do not follow up to request a corrected address.
Mailing list. Submitting this form adds your address to our mailing list, and you may receive periodic commercial email from us about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to support@confuorto.com. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect correspondence about an active quote or engagement.
This is not an engagement. Submitting this form is a request for a quote. It creates no engagement, no contract, no retainer, no fiduciary duty, and no confidential relationship. We are not obligated to respond, to quote, or to accept any matter. Work begins only under a written Order Document accepted by both parties.
We are not a law firm. Confuorto Consultancy Inc. does not practice law and does not provide legal advice or legal opinions. Nothing transmitted through this form — in either direction — is protected by the attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine, or any other evidentiary privilege. If you need legal advice, retain a licensed attorney.
Do not attach or transmit sensitive material. This includes, without limitation:
- Personal identifiers — Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license or passport numbers, financial account or payment card numbers
- Protected health information
- Engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, source code, formulations, or other trade secrets and proprietary technical data
- Export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR (22 CFR 120–130) or the EAR (15 CFR 730–774)
- Classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, or anything bearing a government distribution restriction
- Material subject to a non-disclosure agreement, protective order, confidentiality obligation, or third-party license
- Privileged communications or attorney work product
- Anything whose disclosure could expose you or your business to litigation, regulatory action, identity theft, or loss of intellectual property
Send the minimum necessary to scope and price the work — nothing more. Secure transfer channels are made available once an engagement is in place, and that is when sensitive material should change hands.
Conflicts. We perform intelligence, compliance, and due diligence work for a broad client base, including parties who may be adverse to you. We do not run conflict checks on quote requests. Submitting this form does not preclude us from accepting or continuing work for any other party, including an opposing party in a matter you describe here.
Unsolicited information. Information submitted before engagement is submitted voluntarily and at your sole risk. We owe no duty of confidentiality with respect to it. We may review it, decline it, retain it, or delete it at our discretion and without notice to you, and you should not rely on us to preserve, secure, return, or destroy it.
Transmission is not secure. Internet forms and email are not secure channels and may be intercepted, misdirected, or retained by third parties outside our control.
Quotes. Any figure we provide is an estimate based solely on the information you supply, is not an offer, and is subject to revision or withdrawal until reduced to an accepted Order Document. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise.
By submitting this request you acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms above, that you have authority to transmit the information you are sending, that you consent to receive commercial email from us subject to the opt-out described above, that you assume all risk arising from transmission and disclosure of the information you send, and that Confuorto Consultancy Inc. bears no liability for any loss, claim, or damage arising from information submitted prior to a written engagement.
