Complaints Procedure

Confuorto Consultancy Inc. is committed to providing a high standard of service to every client. If you are ever dissatisfied with our work, we want to hear about it and resolve it directly.

How to Submit a Complaint
Complaints may be submitted in writing to:

Confuorto Consultancy Inc.
33 W Higgins Rd 5100
South Barrington, IL 60010
support@confuorto.com

Please include your name, the nature of your engagement with us, and a description of your concern. Providing as much detail as possible — including relevant dates, documents, and how you would prefer to be contacted — helps us investigate and resolve the matter efficiently. We treat all complaints confidentially and will only share the substance of your complaint as needed to investigate and resolve it.

What Happens Next
Acknowledgment. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days. If you do not receive a response, it is possible we did not receive it. Please email us directly at support@confuorto.com with the subject line: Complaint Response Not Received.

Review. Your complaint will be reviewed directly by our Managing Director. In matters involving a licensed partner or subcontractor engaged on your behalf, we will coordinate with that party as part of our review.
Response. We aim to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of acknowledgment. If a matter requires additional time to investigate properly, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated timeline.
Resolution. Our response will set out our findings and, where appropriate, the steps we will take to resolve the matter.
Escalation. If you believe your complaint was not resolved to your satisfaction, you may ask that it be reviewed again at our most senior level. We will respond to that request within ten (10) business days.

A Note on Scope

If your complaint relates to the work of a licensed professional engaged on your matter, that professional's own regulatory standards may also apply to their conduct.
